What Is 21st Century Business Education
21st Century Business Education facilitates a network to research, develop, and promote business education curricula to reduce challenges to our society and natural environment, by advancing approaches to learn beneficially transformational business philosophies and strategies, based on wholistic approaches to stewarding corporate resources for all stakeholders including customers, employees, suppliers, communities, and the environment, as well as shareholders.

This approach, when followed through and implemented, would radically change the dynamics of our economic system to benefit all. 

Full citizenship, personal and corporate, includes both responsibilities and rights. Business at its best improves the lives of people. But the root causes of many problems, social and environmental, arise from business practices that prioritize maximizing profit over people and planet.

Unfortunately, too often business can be irresponsible for the well-being of anyone but its leaders; sometimes even criminally and morally destructive in common practices that destroy air, water, soil, and people. 

 
Rather than wait and react to current and future challenges to our society and environment, a positive and proactive approach to teach and challenge business school students with this new curricula can become a beneficially transformational process for corporations and society. 

21st Century Business Education (21CBE) curates and creates learning materials in a collaborative manner with educators, business people, students, social activists, and others.

It explores equitable, sustainable business principles and practices. 21CBE targets anyone who now operate or will operate businesses of the future.

Expected long-term outcome of 21CBE is to have significant impact on most social, environmental, and economic priorities and improve businesses' ability to serve needs and wants of people while reducing negative impacts on society and the environment.

ICARE Citizenship, a public service program of Community Business Strategies, Inc., seeks to promote U.S. Constitution and Full Citizenship education.
